The condition of your home is very important to provide an accurate quote and time estimate for our cleaners to do a great job! Here's how we rate the conditions of homes
Cleanliness Level 1: A home that is cleaned on a daily basis and has very little dirt, dust or grime throughout it. It’s very very rare for a home to rank as 1. These homes will require a small amount of time and attention from our cleaners. This type of home is considered extremely clean
Cleanliness Level 2: These homes are typically cleaned on a weekly basis, have a very normal amount of dust and build up and are not very dirty. Many of our clients’ homes rank as a 2. This type of home is considered as average.
Cleanliness Level 3: These homes are typically cleaned every few weeks/every month. These homes need to be thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed, bathrooms are quite grimy and there is a lot of dust built up and more. These homes are quite dirty and require a deep cleaning from our cleaners to get them in the best condition.
Cleanliness Level 4: These homes have only been cleaned every few months, if that and have a lot of dust and dirt built up. Homes like this often have pets and children in them on a regular basis creating that extra bit of mess. These homes require a heavy duty deep cleaning from our cleaners and will be prices higher. It also will require much more time from our maids and may take longer to complete. These homes are considered very dirty.
Cleanliness Level 5: These homes typically require demolition, insect extermination. They may contain biohazards such as feces, urine, blood or pests. These homes are considered extremely dirty and potentially a health and safety issue for our cleaners. Therefore, we typically won’t send our cleaner there to clean.
